Week 1: One Day “Lipovore” (8m)

You may choose to work through these challenges week by week or simply dive in and go full carnivore (lipovore) from day one (which is the way to get the best and fastest benefits).

In addition, we recommend:

  1. Choosing your initial challenge now. (You can always modify it.)
  2. Start your daily Big Fat Challenge journal, where you’ll write your measurements, steps undertaken, as well as any issues or thoughts that come up.
  3. If your goal is to lose (or gain) body fat, consider taking your “before” measurements. One measurement around the waist at the bellybutton is fine.
  4. Consider taking your “before” photos, for motivation and tracking your progress.
